Your purchase order must include the part number, description, quantity, price, in addition to your company's billing information. stocks most of the items in our catalog, but in the case of special orders or back orders, you will be notified of the shipping date as soon as possible.

Except for oversize items and special requests, ships via United Parcel Service. The shipping charges will be pre-paid and added to your invoice. The shipping and handling charges will vary according to the type of service, weight, size, insurance and destination of the package shipped. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories will be quoted at time of order. Due to the differences between true weight and dimensional weight, we reserve the right to correct the shipping amount shown on the order form. We will call you with the correct shipping amount, for your approval.

APO/FPO Military Address
To serve our US Government customers located overseas, we will gladly ship to an APO/ FPO address when requested. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to the APO/FPO zip code. Since it is impossible to track packages to APO/ FPO addresses and thereafter inside Military Mail, Tecra Tools is not responsible for any undelivered items.

All international orders are on PRE-PAID basis. This includes all shipping charges.
We accept payment by way of electronic funds (wire) transfer, bank draft, cashiers check or credit card. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.
The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes or any other charges imposed by customs or government.
All sales to International destinations are final. cannot accept returns or exchanges for any International orders.

International Shipping
We will ship your order via UPS, LEP, United States Postal Service or a carrier of your preference. We will also work with your U.S. freight forwarder.

Any and all taxes, levies, duties, etc. imposed by destination country are the sole responsibility of you, the recipient.

Please note: Shipping internationally is very expensive and is not cost effective for inexpensive items and small orders.
For example: A five pound package via UPS with contents valued at $50 to Hamburg, Germany can cost $120 USD in shipping alone!
The most cost effective way to ship internationally is by USPS.
All shipping times quoted are to the international border. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to (including but not limited to) customs, government regulations, or unexpected events.

Payment Terms
We require pre-paid authorization to Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. You may also send check or money order but no cash through the mail please. Open accounts are available to highly rated firms, government agencies, recognized schools, national institutions, hospitals, and medical centers. To open an account please FAX commercial and bank references along with your company purchase order to: 303-338-9289. Our terms are Net 30 Days. To expedite your initial order you may wish to send payment or use a credit card. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.

All prices are net. Appropriate trade discounts have been deducted. For quantity discounts call for our latest quotation. We hold our price whenever possible; however we reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices are net in U.S. Dollars.

Taxes reserves the right to add any and all applicable local, state and federal taxes as required by law. Companies wishing to gain tax exempt status must provide copies of required documentation and licenses before orders will be shipped.

Returns and Repairs
Any discrepancy or claims for damage must be made within 5 days of receipt. If shipment was via UPS or a common carrier, properly note the damage on the shipping receipt, and immediately request an inspection. If your parcel appears to be lost, call and we will trace the shipment or re-ship as soon as possible. All returns must be pre-authorized, returned within 10 days of receipt, box must be clearly marked "returned goods" and display appropriate authorization number. All repairs should be arranged through's Customer Service Manager. Items without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All warranties and guarantees made by are against defects in workmanship or materials, unless otherwise stated by manufacturer.
All hand tools, not including test equipment, and cases, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the tool.
All warranties on test equipment are the claims of the manufacturer, and subject to the limitations set fourth by the manufacturer.
All Cordura soft side cases are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for the period of one year.
With the exception of the Roto-Roller, and Roto-Rugged, which have a three year warranty, all hard cases are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for the period of one year.
